ABOUT US

Known for their cinnamon rolls, Kaylena Marie's Bakery is an artisan bakery specializing in rustic baked goods and gourmet desserts, and breakfast/lunch, and espresso/coffee. Bread is baked daily. Breakfasts includes their famous cinnamon roll French toast, breakfast sandwiches and much more. Lunches includes sandwiches made on fresh baked bread/rolls, wraps, and salads. Kaylena Marie's takes classic comfort food that has been elevated to make sure it satisfies the cravings of anyone who comes through our doors. In 2014, Kaylena Eisenhauer started Kaylena Marie's Bakery at 17 years old utilizing her home kitchen. Kaylena was able to secure several wholesale/catering accounts in the greater Buffalo region. Due to the overwhelming success of her product, 2 years later at 19 years old, Kaylena was able to transfer her business from wholesale to her first brick and mortar retail location. At the expiration of that lease, Kaylena decided to move into a larger retail store and started construction on a second location. After Kaylena Marie's Artisan Bakery & Cafe finding such success in the retail food industry, Kaylena and her husband, Josh, wanted to share this American dream by franchising and allowing other families the opportunity to own a Kaylena Marie's Bakery.

THE FOUNDERS/OWNERS

President - Kaylena Reed - 26 year old founder, President, and visionary of Kaylena Marie's Artisan Bakery and Café. Responsible for developing and creating all recipes, brands, and products. Since starting at 17, Kaylena is fully committed to ensuring the success of the business as well as those who choose to join us on our journey!
Vice President - Joshua Reed - 30 year old VP and CEO of Kaylena Marie's Artisan Bakery and Café. His vision helped fuel the growth and development of two brick and mortar locations as well as spearheading the franchise sector. With the goal to help spread his wife's recipes from coast to coast, he is dedicated to the success and development of future franchisees.
