Kaylena Marie's Bakery
Known for their cinnamon rolls, Kaylena Marie's Bakery is an artisan bakery specializing in rustic baked goods and gourmet desserts, including Kaylena's great great Nana's cannolis. Kaylena Marie's Bakery is the first bakery in WNY to offer edible cookie dough!
Bread is baked daily and is available at 11am. Breakfasts include their famous cinnamon roll french toast, homemade granola, and breakfast sandwiches. Lunches include sandwiches made on fresh baked bread/rolls, homemade mac, and cheese, soup, and salads.
In 2014, Kaylena started Kaylena Marie's Bakery while a junior at Orchard Park High School. Baking out of her home kitchen, at just 17 years of age, she secured several wholesale/catering accounts including; Brick Oven/Delta Sonic (5 locations), Pasquale's (3 locations), Russell's, Cole's, OP Social, Byrdhouse and Buffalo/Niagara Convention Center, just to name a few. After being accepted at CIA, Johnson and Wales, and LeCordon Blue, Kaylena's guidance counselor recommended she take a gap year knowing how much business she had. During this time, Kaylena honed her craft further by taking bread-making classes at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, while still handling the accounts mentioned above. At 19 years old, Kaylena was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to open a retail location with the money she saved from her wholesale/catering accounts. Kaylena Marie's Bakery opened its doors on October 2nd, 2016.
